Daniel Szetela, Dan’s Legislative Aide, grew up in Acton and graduated from Acton-Boxborough Regional High School in 2015. He then graduated in 2019 from Macalester College in Saint Paul, MN with a BA in Political Science and Russian Studies. Before joining Dan’s office, Daniel worked on Fairvote Minnesota’s push for Ranked Choice Voting in Minnesota and as a field organizer for Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison’s campaign. He also taught English at Petrozavodsk State University as a 2019-20 Fulbright Russia ETA. Daniel spends his free time riding his bicycle all over Massachusetts, playing the drums, watching baseball, and practicing Russian.
